The King’s Table provides healthy prepared meals and medically tailored meals designed to support the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities. While The King’s Table may collaborate with healthcare partners, we remain a meal provider and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care.

Meals provided by The King’s Table are designed to support health and wellness, including specialized meals that may align with certain medical or dietary needs.

However, The King’s Table does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided on this website or in our communications is for general informational purposes only and should not replace the guidance of a physician, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Clients should always consult their healthcare provider regarding medical conditions, allergies, 

medications, or dietary requirements.

Orders may be placed by clients, family members, caregivers, healthcare providers, insurers, case managers, or other authorized representatives.

By placing or submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided—including contact

 information, delivery address, and dietary details—is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

If you place an order on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Some meals provided by The King’s Table may be eligible for coverage through insurance plans, managed care programs, healthcare organizations, grant-funded programs, or other sponsored arrangements.

Coverage, eligibility, and duration of meal services vary by program, payer, and individual circumstances. The King’s Table does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement by any insurance provider or third-party payer.

Unless otherwise confirmed through an approved program or written agreement, clients may be responsible for the cost of meals and related services.

If payment is required for meals or services, prices will be stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices and availability may change from time to time.

By placing an order requiring payment, you authorize The King’s Table to charge the applicable 

amount for the meals or services requested.

If a payment method is declined or invalid, we may delay or cancel the order until payment is resolved.

The King’s Table makes every reasonable effort to fulfill orders as requested. However, menu items, ingredients, and packaging may change due to supply availability, seasonal factors, or operational needs.

When necessary, The King’s Table may substitute comparable meal items. Substituted items may differ in appearance, ingredients, or nutritional content.

Clients with food allergies or strict dietary restrictions should carefully review meal labels and pa

ckaging upon receipt.

Meals are prepared in facilities where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or shellfish.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient information, we cannot guarantee that meals are completely free from cross-contact or trace allergens.

​

Clients with severe allergies or medical dietary restrictions should consult their healthcare provider before consuming meals and should carefully review meal packaging upon delivery.

Meals are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering or referral. Clients or their authorized representatives are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and instructions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

​

Once meals are delivered to the designated location, the recipient is responsible for promptly retrieving, refrigerating, freezing, and preparing the meals according to the instructions provided.

The King’s Table cannot guarantee food quality or safety if meals are left outside for extended periods after delivery or handled improperly after receipt.

Meals should be stored, handled, and reheated according to the instructions provided on packaging.

If you believe there is an issue with a meal or delivery, please contact The King’s Table promptly so we can review and address the concern.

Requests to modify, pause, or cancel orders should be made as early as possible prior to scheduled preparation or delivery. Because meals are prepared in advance, last-minute changes may not always be possible.

Refunds or credits, if any, will be determined based on the timing of the request and the preparation status of the order.

If you believe an order was incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact The King’s Table promptly. We may request additional information, such as photos or packaging details, in order to review the issue.

Where appropriate, The King’s Table may offer a correction, replacement, credit, or refund.

The King’s Table may collect personal information such as contact information, delivery details, 

and dietary information necessary to prepare meals, coordinate delivery, and provide customer support.

When meals are provided through healthcare partnerships or referral programs, we may receive or share information with authorized partners as needed to verify eligibility, coordinate services, and fulfill program requirements, consistent with applicable laws and our privacy practices.
