RENAL Greek Ground Beef, Spinach & Bean Casserole

● Ground beef

● White beans (canned, drained)

● Frozen chopped spinach

● Yellow onions (diced)

● Carrots (diced)

● Granulated Garlic

● Black pepper

● Vegetable oil

● Parboiled brown rice (cooked as per recipe, as binder)

● Couscous, cooked, unsalted)

1. Cook onions and beef until browned.

2. Add beans, spinach, carrots, rice and seasoning.

3. Stir well and heat through.

4. Cool rapidly, portion and freeze.
