Ingredients:
● Ground beef
● Parboiled Brown rice (dry)
● Carrots (small diced)
● Yellow onions (diced)
● Collard greens, fresh
● Tomato paste (no salt added)
● Granulated Garlic
● Black pepper
● Vegetable oil
● Low-sodium beef broth
Instructions:
1. Cook rice in a tilt kettle according to the package instructions set aside to cool
2. In a tilt skillet, heat oil, add beef cook until browned.
3. Add tomato paste, onions, carrots, collard greens and cook for 10 minutes covered.
4. Add the broth bring to a quick boil and cool
5. Then portion rice to 1 side and beef mixture on the other side. Freeze.
