Ingredients:

● Chicken thighs (diced)

● Cabbage (shredded)

● Potatoes (diced)

● Parboiled Brown rice (dry)

● Tomato paste, unsalted

● Yellow onions (diced)

● Garlic powder

● Paprika

● Black pepper

● Vegetable oil

● Low-sodium chicken broth


Instructions:

1. Cook the brown rice according to the package instruction and chill immediately

2. Sauté onions, potatoes, the cabbage, tomato paste, all spices and chicken in oil until

done. Cool rapidly.

3. Portion and freeze.
