Quantity

Ingredients:

● liquid eggs

● Ground beef (assumed 80% lean; 30-40% shrinkage)

● Sweet potato (diced)

● Potatoes (diced)

● Carrots (diced

● Yellow onions (diced)

● Garlic powder

● Turmeric

● Grounded fennel seed

● Vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. In a tilt skillet, sauté sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots and all spices for 15 minutes or

until tender.

2. Add beef and sauté until cooked. Set aside in sheet pans to cool.

3. Meanwhile, scramble eggs and set aside to cool.

4. Portion and freeze.
